Costings and Services - Hills Consulting Suites have professional rooms to lease.
Rooms are available beginning on a DAILY rate of $95 + gst or WEEKLY $400 + gst. (see rates below)
Leases available are: 12, 24, 36 months. Rooms can either be provided furnished or unfurnished.

4 days: $90+GST = $1716 p/m (Inclusive of GST $156)
5 days: $80+GST = $1890.85 p/m (Inclusive of GST $157.55)
6 days: $80+GST = $2,269.02 p/m (Inclusive of GST $189.06)
With 9 rooms in total, we have several clinicians working from these rooms with some availability to share a space. There are still opportunities to rent a room for part or full time practitioners
