Services: Learn to Play - this is a program for children who may have developmental delays, ASD, or who have difficulty playing with their peers. During the Learn to Play therapy sessions, each child will have the opportunity to improve their pretend play skills and build up to what would be appropriate for their age and development.
Child centred Humanistic Play therapy (an age-appropriate form of counselling for children) which helps children grow self-esteem, discover a healthy approach to communicate with others, and enhance resilience and interpersonal skills, as well as play out any current or previous life concerns.
Filial Family Therapy- a psychoeducational program that uses play to enhance family connections. To strengthen parent-child connections, it combines family therapy and play therapy. Parents are trained to guide and participate in non-directive special play times with their children.
Workshops- Including Mindfulness and positive psychology programs, as well as workshops that focus on confidence building, social skills, and other important life skills.
